Professional Standards Matter in Fugitive Recovery

Incidents like the alleged incident here can be serious. They damage public trust, create legal exposure for everyone in the industry, and reinforce negative stereotypes about bail enforcement professionals.

The fugitive recovery profession requires:

  • Discipline under stress

  • Lawful use-of-force decision-making

  • Tactical training and emotional control

  • Strict adherence to state statutes and constitutional boundaries

There is no room in this industry for reckless behavior. Every action taken in the field carries legal, civil, and criminal consequences.

At FugitiveForce, we believe professionalism, intelligence-driven operations, and disciplined execution are what elevate this profession. The vast majority of bondsmen and recovery agents operate with integrity and skill. When individuals allegedly cross the line into criminal conduct, it undermines years of work by professionals who do things the right way.

We will continue advocating for lawful, technology-driven, intelligence and proper training-based fugitive recovery — not chaos, not ego, not impulsive violence.

The industry must hold itself to a higher standard.
